MARGUERITE CARSON, CAITLIN HESPE & NANI GRADDON
a landscape to frame, a garden to replant
02 May 2026—24 May 2026
Opening:
Saturday 2nd May, 6-8PM

'Marguerite, Caitlin and Nani sustain a collaboration of correspondence and practice, an iteration of which is presented here. Using fragments of everything that is already there, they have made sculptures, drawings, and a film to map paths travelled and contemplate unpaved elsewheres.
'a landscape to frame, a garden to replant' is a journey in the iterative space of the present, looking back from the next place to a site that is no longer there.
A pilgrim found with a shell in his mouth.
The land rewritten on the surface of a city, paved over in a series of looping folds.
Ornaments like teeth at the tops of buildings, the sky an open mouth.
Recently, I thought that it was about ornament and pathways and carpets and maps, forking paths.'
