Renee Cosgrave will be showing recent abstract paintings. A catalogue will be for sale to coincide with exhibition, designed by Warren Taylor and an essay by Bryan Spier.
Renee Cosgrave lives and works in Melbourne. In 2009 she completed a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) at Monash University. Recent solo exhibitions include: ‘Canvas – Board Paintings’, flake (2014); ‘Four Paintings’, Plinth Projects (2013). Recent group exhibitions include: ‘Sub-let’, curated by Brennan Olver and Matthew Linde, Napier St, Fitzroy (2014); ‘New Babylon’, curated by Jessica O’Brien and Pip Wallis, Next Wave Festival (2012).Renee has collaborated on a number of projects with Merryn Lloyd including: ‘Window Painting’, Monash University Museum of Art (2013) and ‘Print Workshop’, The Narrows (2008). Renee was awarded a City of Melbourne Public Art Commission (2012).
